These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Leto SEO (“the Service”), operated by Caydev Innovations Ltd., a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (“Caydev,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Leto SEO is an SEO portfolio dashboard that aggregates data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and DataForSEO into a single interface. The Service is currently in closed beta and is available by invitation only.
2. Account & Access
Access requires an approved waitlist application and acceptance of an invite code. You authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of any Google account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may export your data and request account deletion at any time via the in-product settings. Account deletion revokes all stored OAuth tokens, anonymizes operational records required for audit, and permanently removes your sites, keywords, campaigns, and metrics.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or trade secrets from the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures.
- Use the Service to ingest data for any property you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to access.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose Service-generated insights to third parties without our written permission.
- Use automated means to access the Service in excess of the documented rate limits.
4. Beta Limitations
The Service is provided during closed beta “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee data retention, uptime, or backwards compatibility during the beta period. We may impose per-tenant API quotas and a global spend kill-switch to control cost; if the kill-switch is triggered, paid-API features will pause until we manually re-enable them.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on Google APIs (Analytics, Search Console, PageSpeed Insights), Microsoft Clarity, DataForSEO, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Resend, Cloudflare, Sentry, and Vercel. Your use of those services through Leto SEO is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or pricing changes by these providers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, content, and brand marks, is the property of Caydev Innovations Ltd. You retain ownership of the data you connect (GA4 properties, GSC properties, Clarity projects, keyword lists). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use of the Service exposes us to legal or financial risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations accrued before termination.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or insights surfaced are accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caydev Innovations Ltd. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be responsible for any loss, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
